Yacht charter in Hungary

Our yacht charter base is located at the tip of the Tihany peninsula in the “Club Tihany” holiday resort. All yachts are maintained and handed over by us personally.

Balaton 25

Designed especially for Lake Balaton, the B 25 is one of the most frequently sailed cabin cruisers in this class in Hungary. Easy handling and lots of cabin space make it the ideal yacht for sailors that want to explore Lake Balaton.

Echo sounder with shallow water alarm, speed log, water temperature, Windex and GPS (on request) provide you with the necessary information. The Balaton Pilot (book) offers information on everything you need to know about the lakes harbours and sailing conditions. The opening deck hatch brings very much light in the cabin and allows for ideal air circulation. The salon is laid out spacious. On board you will benefit from a small sink, a 1-burner gas stove, a 12 V cooling box, a chemical toilet, an electric fan heater for cooler nights in April or October and. The folding table can be used both in the salon and the cockpit.

The Balaton 25 is the first yacht of its size with that much interior space. It perfectly meets the standards for a cruise with family or friends. Furling jib, lazyjacks, lazybag and a mainsail reefline led to cockpit ensure fast, safe and comfortable sailing. The yacht can easily sailed single-handed.

On board are 2 anchors (12 kg), sufficient mooring lines, 4 fenders, 6 life jackets, as well as the required safety equipment (life ring, boat hooks, first aid kit, fog horn, etc). The yachts are equipt with a 5 hp Suzuki outboard motor or a 11 hp Vetus inboard engine, which makes safe maneuvering in ports easy.
